If I Were A Boy

During my younger years (elementary days), I often wish that I should have been a boy. Why? Only women gives birth, have menstruation, do most of the household chores, etcetera. I also tried courting a girl before and a number of tomboys and even girls showed intention to court me too. Those were the exciting days of my high school life. Maybe I was destined to be a true lady, LOL! Come to think of it, if I were a boy now, who among our celebrities would, I possibly court? I think Alessandra de Rossi is a good pick. I can sense of her goodness and integrity. Here are some interesting facts from wiki about her:

At the age of 16, De Rossi won the FAMAS Awards Best Supporting Actress for her role in Azucena.
She starred in Mga Munting Tinig (Small Voices) and Homecoming, where she portrayed a Canadian-based domestic worker who visited her home in a rural town in the Philippines, bringing with her the deadly disease SARS which she spreads among the residents.

De Rossi won the part of Valentina, the villainess of the comic turned fantaserye (fantasy TV series), Darna, which aired on GMA network in 2005.

She starred in the Singapore-based horror film The Maid where she played the lead role of Rosa, a housemaid in Singapore.

She moved back to ABS-CBN for a special role in I Love Betty La Fea. She was later cast in Tayong Dalawa, where she played Greta, She is a resident talent scout in Talentadong Pinoy on TV5.

She works as endorser for lingerie of Soda Company.

She previously appeared in the fantaserye Agua Bendita as Divina.

PyroMusical Competition

February 12 was the start of the 2nd Philippine International Pyro Musical Competition at Seaside Boulevard. We were able to watch the magnificent fireworks display of South Korea and Spain at Seattle’s Best Veranda at Five Hundred Pesos fee inclusive of one coffee, chips and cookie, kids are free of entrance fee. The show started at past 8pm with South Korea as the first entry. Sponge Cola band provided some songs that night while setting up the second entry but the vocalist's voice seem unprepared. Though the kids really enjoyed the fireworks display and they loved to watch it every Saturday! But the problem is- the exaggerated heavy traffic after the fireworks, car park going to exit door pa lang traffic na. Hopefully we can watch the last day of the competition on March 12; we’re excited to watch the Philippines on its exhibition on fireworks.

Pnoy Invades YouTube

Just got this video from YouTube about RA 6713 Section 4 (h) about Simple Living saying that:
"Public officials and employees and their families shall lead modest lives appropriate to their positions and income. They shall not indulge in extravagant or ostentatious display of wealth in any form."
Pnoy came from a wealthy family but buying a Porsche with a less than One Hundred Thousand Pesos monthly income can cause criticisms.
