Obando Town Fiesta

Rain or shine, the devotees of the three patron saints of Obando did not stop them from dancing on the street. The second day of the three day fiesta is for St. Claire, those who cannot bear a child joined the rainy street dancing last May 18. We were supposed to join the procession, unfortunately the scheduled 8am procession started at past 9am. As soon as the procession started heavy rains poured on the devotees, we decided not to join the procession and just took some pictures of the still graceful dancers even though its raining.

Dahil Sa Pag-Ibig

Since last week I can sleep with a big smile, why? Thanks to the late time slot, I can watch the newest teleserye of Papa Piolo “Dahil sa Pag-Ibig”. It’s really a powerful cast, oh am I really envious with Christine Reyes because of her scenes with Alfred. I truly salute channel 2 for producing good quality shows just like “Walang Hanggan” which airs just before Dahil Sa Pagibig. And I really don’t mind if they claim that Papa P is gay, I still admire him and just like what Ricky Lo said on him… “you cannot put a good man down”.

Caloocan Grand Central

I was surprised when I heard the news last Saturday afternoon that Caloocan Grand Central caught fire since Friday evening. I felt so sorry to the owners of the tiangges who left their goods inside the mall, I know how much pain they are going through right now. Unfortunately there will be an additional headcount for the unemployed, I regularly passed by this mall everyday because it was located within the Monumento station of the LRT. It will never be the same again without this mall, though it was not comparable to SM or Robinson's malls this was the nearest mall in Caloocan. Hours before it caught fire, I was able to buy CD, pants and a powder, I was intending to return the CD this Monday good thing it only cost me fifty bucks.

Think Positive

In our journey, we have our own ups and downs. Sometimes we have more downtime but still we have to focus on positive things and oppose our negative thoughts. Yesterday my guardian angel sent me this timely wonderful message:

"The key for creating your reality is to focus only on what you want, when you catch yourself thinking or feeling otherwise then slowly remind yourself that this is the goal that you want to achieve. With regards to the time, please note that in this dimension we are currently living, we are bounded by TIME. Let the Universe take its role and trust, no need to hurry and worry. Find some quiet time for yourself and you will know in practice that all answers are within. Blessings of much Love and Light be unto you."
