Jennifer Hudson, 27 year old Grammy and Oscar winning singer and actress gave birth last Monday to her first child, David Daniel Otunga. She started as a charismatic vocalist before gaining fame in 2004 as a contestant on the popular reality show American Idol. She also joined the musical "Dreamgirls" that won her an Oscar for best supporting actress in 2007. She sang the US national anthem at the Super Bowl football game in Tampa Florida and at the tribute during a
Michael Jackson memorial at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
