It has been revealed that singer Celine Dion is pregnant on her second baby by IVF. Celine and her 67 years old husband Rene Angelil are already proud parents to their eight year old son Rene-Charles. According to wikipedia, In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a process by which egg cells are fertilized by sperm outside the womb, in vitro. IVF is a major treatment in infertility when other methods of assisted reproductive technology have failed. The process involves hormonally controlling the ovulatory process, removing ova (eggs) from the woman's ovaries and letting sperm fertilize them in a fluid medium. The fertilized egg (zygote) is then transferred to the patient's uterus with the intent to establish a successful pregnancy.

i wonder how's the excitement would be? Iba pa rin kasi talaga yung natural fertilization, diba?
Nothing seems impossible with hi-tech today! Celine D. at 41 can probably produce another child or two. IVF is truly a great help for couples having trouble with the wife's pregnancy.
