Billie Jean with Michael Jackson

Charice Pempengco was tapped by Michael Jackson to sing with him his legendary song "Billie Jean" on his scheduled comeback concert next month in London. She kept it a secret and she's supposed to reveal it on her first major concert at SMX Convention Center in Mall of Asia (June 27).

Their rehearsals are scheduled after her major concert. Charice is really going places , after Celine Dion she's expecting Michael Jackson to be her next biggest achievement, but the planned showdown will never happen.

Package from Sister

The long wait is over... after more than two months of waiting for sister's package from Canada. the box was delivered last Saturday. She gave me lipsticks, concealer, lip liner , shirt , shoes and a cap for hubby.

She's been away for nine months now, we missed her company because she's always been our constant mall companion to help me with my two kids. Luckily in less than one year, she's already qualified for a permanent residency in Canada (Alberta). I hope we can visit you someday sis Weng! Thanks a lot! mwah!!

Busy Weekend

I will not have time to visit you guys, my helper will be on leave until Monday so I have to do all the household chores. This was a busy day for me but good thing I had the chance to sleep in the afternoon with Nikko. We decided to attend the mass tomorrow morning then we will proceed at Trinoma mall to meet my siblings. Thank you for dropping by!

King of Pop Michael Jackson dies of cardiac arrest

News has already spread all over the world that high profile celebrity Mr. Michael Jackson died due to cardiac arrest. He was rushed to the UCLA Medical Center by Los Angeles paramedics at 12:30pm and found him not breathing. He was pronounced dead at 2:26pm.
His blockbuster hits include: Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean, but I will always remember him in his song Heal the World. He is supposed to have his greatest comeback concert on July 13 (after numerous postponements reportedly due to health reasons). Let us all pray for the repose of his soul.

Bisexual

I think there's nothing wrong of being a bisexual. But who would believe that this well known celebrity admitted that she's a bisexual, Megan Denise Fox who got the second spot in FHM's Sexiest Women.

I read that she admitted it during the premiere of her movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen last month. On June 15 she also revealed that her big crush is Cheryl Cole (picture below). Cole was 2009 FHM's Top 1 Sexiest Woman.

I guess boys out there won't mind it, just look at her voluptuous body in a revealing outfit!

Last May 14, 2009 she admitted of being a bisexual, saying "I have no question in my mind about being bisexual". And this one is the most revealing, at the premiere of the film Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen she said she have a crush on British singer Cheryl Cole and love her tattoos.

Special Days

It was exactly one year ago when Philippines was hardly hit by typhoon "Frank" with an international name of "Fengshen". This was very memorable because that day was my birthday too. We have no electricity (that means no internet dial up connection), no telephone and overflowing water (read:flood) outside our house.

I don't know but during this day, I tend to be too emotional, especially for the years 2006 and 2007. After 3 years of not having my birthday leave (kaya mas nakakaiyak), I was very thankful with my boss now because he allowed me to have my day off today. Sorry, but since the other day I was expecting for a typhoon because of what happened last year (paranoid!).
How did I celebrate it? I attended the mass this morning after finishing the needs of my 2 kids, they are now used of having their breakfast with me and they have medicines to take.
I took a nap for one hour then I proceeded to the mall to buy something for myself. I was not lucky because I did not buy anything: 1) I don't find something nice 2) If there are nice items, its beyond my budget (naman! me pagka Ilocana talaga). I just bought some food because I want to be stressed free during this day that's why I don't cooked something special.
I want to say thank you for those who greeted me here especially the overwhelming posts of Niko & Meryl. I wish to have more friends here...like YOU!

Clumsy Mouse

Yesterday morning I was so lazy to get up for work. When I proceeded to the bathroom, I saw something inside the pail, mickey mouse! I do not know how it came there, I pour some hot water because I thought it will die. I tried to catch mickey in a plastic bag but I might touch him (yaiks!). After wasting my ten minutes with mickey, I decided to just flush him in the toilet bowl. How I wish it will eventually die. I am now using a Glue Board, a modern rat catcher made of a card board. It is more expensive than other mouse traps like the fly paper but it's worth it because in one card board it can trap 3-4 rats inside.

Our very own Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao was ranked number 6 in the world's highest paid athletes as published by Forbes Magazine. He was highly acclaimed as the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world after his last two fights with Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton. He met with former Philippine President Joseph "Erap" Estrada the other day about his political plans and in joining the Opposition group. I hope he will not join the politics but instead listen to Lito Atienza's suggestions and advice.

Metro Manila Earthquake

While I am on my way for work this morning, I heard on the radio (DZMM I think) that an intensity 7-8 earthquake in Metro Manila is highly probable anytime soon. I was half asleep so I did not hear it very clearly luckily there was an article today about it in Philippine Daily Inquirer. This is very scary because it might be caused by the Global Warming which we are already experiencing now. Let us all pray that we will be spared from this calamity.

Makoy's Birthday

Makoy is celebrating his birthday today! I promised bringing him to the mall this weekend because mommy is out for work today. Makoy has already changed a lot, all our neighbors before knew when he has his tantrums (because of his really irritating wails). He now eats rice thrice a day (thanks to daddy) . He's very bubbly now, he laughs as if there's no more tomorrow. You should see him watching comedy shows because he really buys them a lot! He's a good dancer and a great singer too. How I wish his two front teeth will come out soon. I love you Koy, Happy Happy Birthday!

Opportunites

Honestly, my real aim in blogging is to earn extra cash. I was told that my blog should have at least three months old before qualifying to take opportunities. Now that my blog has already reached 3 months, they would still not approved my blog because I only got PR1. Now my eagerness to take opps has somehow slowed down. I will just enjoy my personal posts and forget for the meantime how many dollars Niko has earned in paid blogging!

SSS for self employed

When hubby was still here, we were still undecided if he would still continue his SSS contributions (if its worth it...). So when he left I visited the nearest office at SSS Caloocan for my inquiries. I arrived during their lunch break so I waited until 1pm but I already took a number as instructed by one of the guards. While waiting I jotted down the questions I had in mind.
1pm came, the man in charge for the counseling was doing something for 30minutes. I was not that anxious but I was wondering when he would start calling numbers. I asked the guy beside him (I don't know if he's a guard) if the man in charged would entertain those who already have their numbers because 2 persons already approached him.
The guy told me that I can already approach the counselor (in short the number was useless), so I went forward and sat on the visitor's chair. I started asking questions but I only got one answer and he's not even looking at my eyes. Of course I got irritated, good thing the guard beside him was very helpful. Sorry but I can't help comparing government employees against employees of the private sector (the services, the attitude). I hope they will be more accommodating and have a better customer service.

At last I was able to eat crabs today. Since yesterday I was very lazy and always sleepy, will try to bloghop tomorrow folks. And I need to go inside the room because Makoy is not feeling well but he already had his medicine. Have a restful and peaceful Saturday night...Good night!
